National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) announced that it fulfilled all the preconditions for completing the agreement to purchase all the owners’ shares in Al-Salam Schools for Education and Training Company. Shares of Al-Salam Company are 100, which represent 100% of the company’s capital, and include the necessary formalities and declarations, and additional documents provided by the seller.
NCLE Company said in a statement on “Tadawul” that ownership of all the shares in Al-Salam Company has been transferred to NCLE Company.
“A final agreement was signed last July by NCLE Company to purchase all the partners’ shares in Al-Salam Education and Training Company, which owns Al-Salam Private Schools in Al-Khobar, for 72 million riyals.” according to data available on Numbers
